Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via Instagram DM @beaddbugs or email beaddbugs@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Because all our pieces are handmade and often made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue sent to us via Instagram or email.

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
• Items showing signs of wear or mishandling
