By placing an order on Beaddbugs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Products
All Beaddbugs products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, bead size, finish, and shape are inherent to the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects.
Product images are representative. Actual items may differ slightly due to screen calibration and lighting conditions during photography.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking via Razorpay — a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment credentials.
Beaddbugs reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or unavailable, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Beaddbugs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Beaddbugs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
